The Visionary Living Leadership Story
Our Journey
Visionary Living Leadership was first incepted when the founder Rico Marlowe Sostre brought together a group of transformational trainers shortly after Covid-19 destroyed the event industry. People were no longer able to come together in large groups for scaled social events.
This newly formed team began to design a curriculum by fusing their experiences from different training centers; some of these centers provided different versions of the curriculum and even in different languages. This cross examination gave an opportunity to design a powerful version modeled after the Hero's Journey; VL trainers are committed to being part of the historical evolution of these trainings, through the sands of time.
Visionary Living has been working on the new curriculum since 2020 and have been patiently waiting for social norms to return. VL Leadership has facilitated trainings from New Orleans to Tampa Bay. So far the team has been able to offer a schedule for "in-person" opportunities starting 2023 in Tampa.
Our company is also proud to announce a "Trainer Development Program" that will be available beginning the summer of 2024. For those who are interested in a professional career in this niche type of facilitation, this is a prime opportunity to get started. Our trainer program is divided into 2 parts. The initial part offers fundamental and foundational concepts for curriculum design and facilitation. The second part is an internship with our company directly.
